Thank You

Posted: Brandon Jennings

What’s up everyone. I know it’s been a while. From the bottom of my heart I wanted to thank my Family, Friends and Fans who have supported me from Day 1, the journey presented many ups and downs but in the end I am stronger for it. Without your support there is no way that I could have reached my 1st goal of being selected to play in the NBA (I am truly blessed). Now the real work begins, I’m off to the gym to get it in. I can’t stop and won’t stop. I’m on a Mission to be the best I can be.

Again, thanks for all the love and support.

Until next time,

BJ

What An Experience This Year Has Been !!!

Posted: Brandon Jennings
TOUGH LOSE AGAINST ANGELICO BIELLA!!! 79-83
EB Jabber 17pts And Andre Hutson 21pts & 7assists, they put it down!
I cannot express how exciting and special this season and year has been for me. The people of Rome and the people of the Lottomatica Roma organization - the entire staff, my coaches and my teammates - welcomed me, along with my mother and brother, with open arms.  Coming here has allowed me to mature both on and off the court and I greatly appreciate the help and support of everyone around me.  This experience provided me with the right foundation for the next chapter in my life. I am especially grateful for the guidance of my general manager, Dejan Bodiroga, my team president, Claudio Toti and of course, my head coach, Nando Gentile. I´ve decided to leave Rome, return to the States  and enter the NBA Draft. This is a very important decision for me and I am giving myself a chance to make my childhood dream come true.  This past year has opened my eyes up to so many different cultures, people, foods and tough situations that have helped shaped me and appreciate how lucky I am. I would not trade this experience for the world.  What I´ve learned here is priceless and I now consider Rome my second home.

Ciao,

Brandon Jennings

Our Last Regular Season Game

Posted: Brandon Jennings

Just finished our last regular season game. I played pretty well and we won 77-64. Remembering the first game I played out here, I didn’t know if I would be able to last…but here I am getting ready for my first professional league playoffs. It should be a lot of fun, the crowds get hyped over here.

I’ve been watching the NBA playoffs and it’s been the best playoffs I’ve seen in a long time. I think Denver have surprised a lot of people. The Cavs are just out there having fun. And I still think my Lakers are going to Win It All.

I feel if we play the way some of these NBA teams are playing…with a lot of ENERGY and intensity every night…there’s no stopping us.

Until next time,

BJ

Roma 101 - Class In Session

Posted: Brandon Jennings

Hey Ya’ll-

I wanted to share this past week with everyone because it was truly special. Not only was I able to take in some serious Roma sites, culture and receive a real life history lesson I was able to spend quality time with some very special friends who made the journey out from So. Cal (actually they were just in Cairo). Ballers…

I took charge of the Camera (aka - Pater Parker style) and captured a day in the life of being a real tourist. Check out the pics of my close friends Rebecca, Russell, Rex and Devon hanging with my brother Terence and Mom’s. Side note, Rex and Devon hoop for So. Cal Motion (Team Jennings) and they can go.

We hit a few landmark spots (Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, Spanish Steps, Inside the Roman Colosseum, Inside the Vatican Museum and 208 Palazzo Navona one of the largest squares in Rome).
